以(3-甲基吡啶-2-基)甲醇為原料合成3-甲基-2-吡啶醛的一般步驟:將(3-甲基吡啶-2-基)甲醇(1.9 mmol)溶于25 mL 1,2-二氯乙烷中,加入1.65 g(19 mmol)活化二氧化錳,于50°C攪拌反應(yīng)混合物6小時。反應(yīng)完成后,過濾除去沉淀,減壓蒸發(fā)濾液,所得殘余物直接用于下一步反應(yīng),無需進一步純化。得到3-甲基-2-吡啶醛(1c)185 mg(1.52 mmol,收率80%),為輕質(zhì)油狀物質(zhì)。1H NMR (CDCl3) δ: 2.66 (s, 3H, Me), 7.39 (dd, 1H, 5-H, J = 7.8, 4.6 Hz), 7.62 (d, 1H, 4-H, J = 7.8 Hz), 8.66 (d, 1H, 6-H, J = 4.6 Hz), 10.20 (s, 1H, CHO)。質(zhì)譜m/z: 122.06 (Irel 100%) [M+H]+。計算值:M 122.06。
