1.2 Synthesis of 2-amino-3-nitro-6-chloropyridine

The reaction is completed clear yellow solution was rotary evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure, ice water was added, filtered, washed with water and dried to give a yellow solid 2-amino-3-nitro-6-chloropyridine (I) 4.0g, 92% yield
