背景（Background）
α-2-HS-糖蛋白（AHSG）也稱為α-2-Z-球蛋白、Ba-α-2-糖蛋白、胎球蛋白-A（FETUA），是一種由A和B鏈兩個亞基組成的糖蛋白，屬于半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑家族和胎球蛋白類血漿結(jié)合蛋白。AHSG/胎球蛋白A在胚胎細胞和成年肝細胞中高度表達，在單核細胞/巨噬細胞中表達程度較低。胎蛋白是白蛋白等載體蛋白。胎球蛋白-A/AHSG與鈣和磷酸鹽形成可溶性復合物，因此是不溶性磷酸鈣的載體。因此，AHSG/胎球蛋白A是一種有效的病理鈣化抑制劑。胎球蛋白A/FETUA促進凋亡細胞的吞噬作用，并在骨發(fā)育、鈣穩(wěn)態(tài)和胰島素敏感性中發(fā)揮作用。胎球蛋白-A缺乏的小鼠表現(xiàn)出軟組織的全身鈣化。
