步驟5. 在0℃下,向攪拌中的氫化鋁鋰(3.3g,87mmol)在無水THF(100mL)中的懸浮液中,緩慢加入2-(4-甲基哌嗪-1-基)乙腈(11.2g,80.4mmol)的無水THF(300mL)溶液。反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下攪拌1小時。隨后,將混合物置于冰浴中冷卻,依次加入H2O(3.3mL)和20% NaOH溶液(3.3mL)。攪拌20分鐘后,過濾混合物并蒸發(fā)溶劑。將殘余物溶于乙酸乙酯中,用無水硫酸鈉干燥。蒸發(fā)溶劑至干,得到油狀物2-(4-甲基哌嗪-1-基)乙胺(1.15g,99%)。1H NMR(400MHz,CDCl3)δ:2.21(s,3H),2.20-2.60(m,10H),2.71(t,J=6.0Hz,2H)。
