以5-溴-8-硝基異喹啉為原料合成8-氨基異喹啉的一般步驟:將5-溴-8-硝基異喹啉(1.00g,3.95mmol)溶于甲醇(70mL)中,在室溫和常壓下,加入鈀/活性炭(10%Pd,200mg)作為催化劑,進(jìn)行氫化反應(yīng)18小時。反應(yīng)完成后,將反應(yīng)混合物通過Celite過濾以去除催化劑。濾液經(jīng)濃縮后,通過柱色譜法(洗脫劑:乙酸乙酯/庚烷)純化,得到目標(biāo)化合物8-氨基異喹啉(100mg,收率18%),為綠棕色固體。1H NMR(DMSO-d6,400MHz)δ9.43(s,1H),8.32(d,1H),7.54(d,1H),7.40(dd,1H),6.99(d,1H),6.72(d,1H),6.22(s,2H)。
