以2-氨基-5-碘苯甲酸和原甲酸三甲酯為起始原料,按照實施例I-2的合成步驟進(jìn)行操作,但將反應(yīng)溶劑由甲醇替換為乙腈。反應(yīng)完成后,經(jīng)后處理得到6-碘喹唑啉-4-酮,產(chǎn)量為0.98 g,收率為94%。
