Preparation Example 8 2-Amino-1-(3-chlorophenyl)ethanol STR111 The title compound was obtained as a pale red oily substance by using 3-chlorobenzaldehyde according to the same process as described in Preparation Example 1. Yield=70%. 1 H NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 1.86-2.39(brs, 3H, substituted with deuterium oxide), 2.77(dd, J=7.8 Hz, 12.7 Hz, 1H), 3.00(dd, J=3.4 Hz, 12.3 Hz, 1H), 4.61(dd, J=3.9 Hz, 7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.10-7.36(m, 3H), 7.38(s, 1H).
