Cagralintide is a novel long-acting acylated amylin analogue that acts as a non selective amylin receptor (AMYR) and calcitonin G protein coupled receptor (CTR) agonist. It is a cyclic peptide consisting of 38 amino acids, with a sequence containing 38 amino acids and a pair of disulfide bonds. Kagerilin can significantly reduce weight and decrease food intake. Kaempferol peptide has potential in obesity research.
