背景（Background）
脂肪酸結合蛋白2（FABP2），也稱為脂肪酸結合蛋白質、腸道脂肪酸結合（FABPI）、腸道型脂肪酸結合肽（I-FABP）。FABP2屬于calycin超家族和脂肪酸結合蛋白（FABP）家族。FABP2/FABPI在小腸中表達，在大腸中表達水平低得多，在空腸中表達最高。FABP被認為在長鏈脂肪酸及其酰基輔酶a酯的細胞內運輸中發(fā)揮作用。FABP2可能參與富含甘油三酯的脂蛋白合成。FABP2以高親和力結合飽和長鏈脂肪酸，但與不飽和長鏈脂酸的親和力較低。FABP2還可以通過充當脂質傳感器來幫助維持能量穩(wěn)態(tài)。
