This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 27.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

IL-20 Rα（白細(xì)胞介素-20受體亞基α）與IL-20β亞基形成功能性異二聚體，并至少部分通過(guò)STAT3激活轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)配體結(jié)合。細(xì)胞因子和受體的IL-20亞家族是更大的IL-10家族的成員，根據(jù)它們對(duì)共同受體亞基的利用、靶細(xì)胞譜的相似性和生物學(xué)功能將它們歸為一類。該亞家族由細(xì)胞因子IL-19、IL-20、IL-22、IL-24和IL-26以及受體IL-20RA、IL-20RB、IL-10RB和IL-22RA1組成。
