背景（Background）

Autotaxin也稱為外核苷酸焦磷酸酶/磷酸二酯酶家族成員2（E-NPP 2或ENPP2）、細(xì)胞外溶血磷脂D（LysoPLD）、自身滑行素（ATX或ATX-X），屬于核苷酸焦磷酸酶或磷酸二酯酶家庭。ENPP2包含兩個SMB（somatomedin-B）域。ENPP2水解溶血磷脂，在細(xì)胞外液中產(chǎn)生溶血磷脂酸（LPA）。ENPP2可以作用于產(chǎn)生鞘氨醇-1-磷酸的鞘氨醇磷脂酰膽堿，這是一種細(xì)胞運(yùn)動的調(diào)節(jié)劑。ENPP2可能通過百日咳毒素敏感的G蛋白刺激黑色素瘤細(xì)胞的遷移。
