This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 28.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
ICOS配體（ICOSLG）也稱為B7同源物2（B7-H2）、B7相關蛋白1（B7RP-1）和CD抗原CD275，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族和BTN/MOG家族。ICOSLG包含一個Ig-like C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結構域和一個Ig-like V型（免疫蛋白樣）功能域。異構體1廣泛表達，而異構體2僅在淋巴結、白細胞和脾臟中檢測到。B7-H2是T細胞特異性細胞表面受體ICOS的配體。B7-H2作為T細胞增殖和細胞因子分泌的共刺激信號，也誘導B細胞增殖和分化為漿細胞。B7-H2可能在介導局部組織對炎癥條件的反應以及通過共刺激記憶T細胞功能調節(jié)二次免疫反應中發(fā)揮重要作用。
