This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 40.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

具有Ig和ITIM結(jié)構(gòu)域的T細(xì)胞免疫受體（TIGIT）也稱為V-set和含免疫球蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)域的蛋白9（VSIG9）、V-set和跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域的蛋白質(zhì)3（VSTM3），屬于單程I型膜蛋白，含有免疫球蛋白可變結(jié)構(gòu)域、跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)區(qū)和基于免疫受體酪氨酸的抑制基序（ITIM）。TIGIT在外周記憶和調(diào)節(jié)性CD4+T細(xì)胞和NK細(xì)胞上以低水平表達(dá)，并在這些細(xì)胞激活后上調(diào)（在蛋白質(zhì)水平）。TIGIT以高親和力結(jié)合脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒受體（PVR），導(dǎo)致IL10分泌增加和IL12B分泌減少，并通過(guò)促進(jìn)成熟免疫調(diào)節(jié)樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞的產(chǎn)生來(lái)抑制T細(xì)胞活化。
