名稱	Afoxolaner
描述	Afoxolaner is an isoxazoline insecticide/acaricide against Ixodes scapularis in dogs. Afoxolaner acts on the insect GABA and glutamate receptors, inhibiting GABA & glutamate-regulated uptake of chloride ions, resulting in excess neuronal stimulation and death of the arthropod.
體內(nèi)活性	一次口服接近最小有效劑量的afoxolaner（2.5mg/kg）即可消滅現(xiàn)有的I. scapularis蜱蟲感染，并控制每周的重新感染。藥效在第23天之前記錄在98%至100%之間，在第30天為94%[1]。
