蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 71.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 80 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

GAS6（生長(zhǎng)停滯特異性蛋白6）也稱為AXL受體酪氨酸激酶配體AXLLG。酪氨酸蛋白激酶受體AXL、TYRO3和MER的配體，其信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)與細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)和存活、細(xì)胞粘附和細(xì)胞遷移有關(guān)。GAS6/AXL信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)在各種過程中起著重要作用，如酸化過程中的內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞存活，通過防止凋亡，人類自然殺傷細(xì)胞發(fā)育過程中的最佳細(xì)胞因子信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)，肝再生，促性腺激素釋放激素神經(jīng)元存活和遷移，血小板活化或調(diào)節(jié)血栓反應(yīng)。
