白細(xì)胞免疫球蛋白樣受體亞家族A成員3（LILRA3）也稱為CD85抗原樣家族成員E（CD85e）、免疫球蛋白類轉(zhuǎn)錄物6（ILT-6），白細(xì)胞免疫珠蛋白樣受體4（LIR-4）是一種蛋白質(zhì)，在人類中由位于染色體19q13.4上的白細(xì)胞受體復(fù)合物內(nèi)的LILRA3基因編碼。與許多家族不同，LILRA3缺乏跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域，該結(jié)構(gòu)域包含4個Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。LILRA3作為I類MHC抗原的可溶性受體。同時，LILRA3可以結(jié)合經(jīng)典和非經(jīng)典HLA I類分子，但與LILRB1或LILRB2相比，親和力降低。此外，LILRA3可以與單核細(xì)胞表面高親和力結(jié)合，從而消除LPS誘導(dǎo)的單核細(xì)胞TNF-α的產(chǎn)生。
