IL-9分子背景
白細胞介素-9（IL-9）主要由活化的T細胞表達。IL-9對多個轉(zhuǎn)化細胞的生長因子和抗凋亡活性表明，該細胞因子在腫瘤發(fā)生中具有潛在作用。IL-9也被提出作為哮喘的候選基因。IL-9是一種Th2衍生的細胞因子，據(jù)報道可以調(diào)節(jié)T和B細胞功能。IL-9最初是作為能夠維持小鼠T細胞克隆長期生長的因子分離出來的，但此后被證明對肥大細胞、紅系前生殖細胞和B細胞Ig表達具有體外活性。
