2. -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
IL-1 RAcP分子背景
白細胞介素-1受體輔助蛋白（IL1RAP或IL-1RAcP）也稱為白細胞介蛋白-1受體3（IL-1R-3或IL-1R3），C3orf13，屬于白細胞介素-1受體家族。IL1RAP包含三個Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個TIR結(jié)構(gòu)域。IL1RAP在肝臟、皮膚、胎盤、胸腺和肺中檢測到。IL-1R3/IL1RAP是IL1R1的共受體，與IL1R1結(jié)合IL1B形成高親和力白細胞介素-1受體復合物，介導白細胞介導NF-kappa-B和其他途徑的白細胞介介素依賴性激活。
