C-JUN peptide is a JNK binding that contains human c-Jun（ δ) The 33rd to 57th peptides of the structural domain contain 25 amino acids in their sequence. Research has shown that c-JUN peptide can disrupt the JNK/c-Jun interaction, leading to inhibition of serum induced c-Jun phosphorylation, upregulation of p21cip/waf, and regulation of inflammatory gene expression, specifically inducing HeLa tumor cell apoptosis.
