Description：Davalintide是人類胰淀素的第二代多肽物質，序列中具有37個氨基酸，并且包含一對二硫鍵，具有抗高血糖活性。半衰期與胰淀素相似的Davalintide通過模仿胰淀素，減緩胃排空，抑制消化分泌物（胃酸、胰酶和膽汁），減少胰高血糖素分泌，增加飽腹感，這些作用會導致血糖水平下降。此外，Davalintide與胰淀素、降鈣素和降鈣素相關肽受體具有高親和力結合。與胰淀素相比，Davalintide由于其受體解離緩慢而表現出較長的作用時間。
Davalintide is a second-generation peptide substance of human amylin, with 37 amino acids in its sequence and a pair of disulfide bonds, exhibiting anti hyperglycemic activity. Davalintide, which has a half-life similar to amylin, slows gastric emptying, inhibits digestive secretions (gastric acid, pancreatic enzyme and bile), reduces glucagon secretion, and increases satiety by imitating amylin. These effects will lead to a decrease in blood sugar levels. In addition, Davalintide has high affinity to amylin, Calcitonin and Calcitonin related peptide receptors. Compared with amylin, Davalintide exhibits a longer action time due to its slow receptor dissociation.
