HPV16 E7蛋白是人乳頭瘤病毒16型（高危型）的核心致癌蛋白，通過(guò)靶向宿主細(xì)胞關(guān)鍵調(diào)控因子（如視網(wǎng)膜母細(xì)胞瘤蛋白R(shí)b）誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞周期異常、抑制凋亡并促進(jìn)細(xì)胞惡性轉(zhuǎn)化。其與E6蛋白協(xié)同作用，通過(guò)泛素-蛋白酶體途徑降解p53和Rb等抑癌蛋白，導(dǎo)致基因組不穩(wěn)定及腫瘤發(fā)生，因此在HPV相關(guān)宮頸癌、頭頸癌等發(fā)病機(jī)制研究中具有核心地位。
