Curcumin D6 (Diferuloylmethane D6) 是Curcumin (Turmeric yellow) 的氘代標(biāo)記物。Curcumin (Turmeric yellow) 是一種天然酚類化合物，具有抗炎，抗氧化，抗增殖和抗血管生成等多種活性。 Curcumin是p300組蛋白乙酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶 (HATs) 抑制劑，也顯示對(duì) NF-κB 和MAPKs 的抑制作用。

Labelled Curcumin (C838500). A natural phenolic compound. Potent anti-tumor agent having anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Induces apoptosis in cancer cells and inhibits phorbol ester-ind
uced protein kinase C (PKC) activity. Reported to inhibit production of inflammatory cytokines by peripheral blood monocytes and alveolar macrophages. Potent inhibitor of EGFR tyrosine kinase and IκB
kinase. Inhibits inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cycloxygenase and lipoxygenase. Easily penetrates into the cytoplasm of cells, accumulating in membranous structures such as plasma membrane, e
