ω-Conotoxin MVIIC 是一種 N 和 P/Q 型鈣通道 (Ca2+ channel) 阻滯劑,可顯著阻斷 11-keto-βboswellic acid 介導的谷氨酸釋放抑制。
多肽
ω-芋螺毒素 MVIIC(芋螺毒素肽)是具有抑制撲入哺乳動物中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中的其他鈣離子亞型通道的多肽,序列由26個氨基酸組成,序列中的6個Cys形成了三對二硫鍵,多肽結構相當穩(wěn)定。這種多肽序列中有四個Lys,但由于β-折疊的存在,導致側鏈基團被包裹在序列中,因此多肽對生物素化的反應性很多,對生物活性的影響較小,因此芋螺毒素肽具有成為藥物原料的潛能非常巨大。
