將濃硫酸(0.2 mL)緩慢滴加到3-氧代環(huán)丁烷羧酸(1 g,8.77 mmol)的甲醇(適量)溶液中,隨后將反應(yīng)混合物在75℃下加熱回流。通過薄層色譜(TLC)監(jiān)測反應(yīng)進程,待原料完全轉(zhuǎn)化后,向反應(yīng)液中加入飽和碳酸氫鈉溶液以淬滅反應(yīng)。減壓蒸餾除去溶劑甲醇,所得殘余物用乙酸乙酯和水進行萃取分離。有機相經(jīng)無水硫酸鈉干燥后,減壓濃縮,得到3-氧代環(huán)丁烷羧酸甲酯(1.1 g,收率99%)為無色油狀物。1H NMR(400 MHz,CDCl3)δ 3.22-3.34(m,3H),3.40-3.47(m,2H),3.78(s,3H)。
