向圓底燒瓶中加入4,5-二氯噠嗪-3(2H)-酮(50 g,303.03 mmol)、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF,150 mL)、碳酸鉀(K2CO3,46 g,333.33 mmol)和溴化芐(51.83 g,303.03 mmol)。將反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下攪拌16小時。反應(yīng)完成后,將反應(yīng)混合物緩慢倒入水(500 mL)中,析出固體沉淀。將懸浮液在室溫下繼續(xù)攪拌1小時。隨后,通過過濾分離固體產(chǎn)物,并用真空干燥得到2-芐基-4,5-二氯噠嗪-3(2H)-酮,為棕褐色固體(74 g,產(chǎn)率97%)。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)高效液相色譜(HPLC,方法A)分析,保留時間為2.788分鐘;液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(LCMS)顯示分子離子峰(M+1)為255.1。
