化合物1的合成:在氮?dú)夥諊拢蚪?jīng)過(guò)N2吹掃的無(wú)水DMF(10mL)中,通過(guò)套管將1,3,5-三溴苯(1.00g,3.17mmol)和雙(頻哪醇)二硼(2.54g,9.53mmol)轉(zhuǎn)移至一個(gè)干燥的三頸圓底燒瓶中。隨后,迅速向燒瓶中加入乙酸鉀(1.87g,19.0mmol)和Pd(dppf)Cl2(0.087g,0.12mmol)。將所得混合物在劇烈攪拌下于90℃加熱反應(yīng)24小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物冷卻至室溫,加入去離子水(120mL)以淬滅反應(yīng)。通過(guò)過(guò)濾收集生成的黑色沉淀,并用去離子水洗滌三次,最后在真空下干燥,得到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物1,3,5-苯三硼酸三頻哪醇酯,收率為98%。
