在氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下,將2-氯-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪(50g,187mmol)溶于四氫呋喃(THF,1L)中,隨后加入4-溴苯硼酸(45g,224.12mmol,Aldrich Corporation)和四(三苯基膦)鈀(2.1g,1.87mmol)。向反應(yīng)體系中加入飽和碳酸鉀水溶液(64g,467mmol),將混合物加熱至80℃并回流12小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,向反應(yīng)液中加入水,用二氯甲烷(DCM)萃取有機(jī)相。有機(jī)相經(jīng)無(wú)水硫酸鎂(MgSO4)干燥后過濾,減壓濃縮。所得粗產(chǎn)物通過快速柱色譜法進(jìn)行分離純化,得到目標(biāo)化合物I-32(70g,收率96%)。高分辨質(zhì)譜(HRMS,70eV,EI+):C21H14BrN3的理論m/z值為387.0371,實(shí)測(cè)值為387。元素分析結(jié)果:C,65%;H,4%。
