Berubicin hydrochloride (RTA 744) is a Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) analogue. Berubicin hydrochloride triggers apoptosis and cell killing in NB cells by activating proapoptotic mediators. Berubicin hydrochloride has proapoptotic and anti-leukemia activities. Berubicin hydrochloride can be used for cancer research[1][2][3]. | [References]
